Too Short on Similarities Between 2Pac and Pimp C

Too Short spoke to VladTV about his friendship with 2Pac, as he explained that 2Pac was close with some of his friends. He detailed seeing the different sides of 2Pac that he portrayed in the public eye and Too Short also compared the way he commanded a room to Pimp C.
